WESTLAKE HILLS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION MINUTES May 2026
President, Linda Spencer, called the meeting to order at 7:06pm on 5/6/2026. The following items were discussed:
TREASURER REPORT Report was read and approved. 46% of members have paid their dues. Financial information is available upon request.
PRESIDENT'S REPORT A meeting has been scheduled with CRPD to discuss additional shading near the play structure.
COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural – there are 4 projects in process. Website – We have a volunteer that has made updates and will keep the site up to date.
OLD BUSINESS/NEW BUSINESS Interest remains for finding a FireWise coordinator. The board will reach out to a local fireman to get ideas on what we can do to protect our community in a proactive manner.

TREASURER REPORT Report was read and approved. 37% of members have paid their dues. Financial information is available upon request.
PRESIDENT'S REPORT Linda introduced longtime resident, Tony Gitt, who has graciously volunteered to fill the Treasurer role. Andy Gabrielli and Tony will work together on this transition.
COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural - no update provided.
OLD BUSINESS/NEW BUSINESS It was suggested that the POA use dues to have addresses painted on curbs.
A request for additional shading near the playground equipment seating area was made.
