WESTLAKE HILLS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION MINUTES

President, Linda Spencer, called the meeting to order at 7:07 PM on 4/7/26. The following items were discussed:

TREASURER REPORT Report was read and approved. 37% of members have paid their dues. Financial information is available upon request.

PRESIDENT'S REPORT Linda introduced longtime resident, Tony Gitt, who has graciously volunteered to fill the Treasurer role. Andy Gabrielli and Tony will work together on this transition.

COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural - no update provided.

OLD BUSINESS/NEW BUSINESS It was suggested that the POA use dues to have addresses painted on curbs.

A request for additional shading near the playground equipment seating area was made.
